WOW...What fun we had this weekend...Saturday was the ALL DAY BANANA FROG day and judging by the comments afterwards everyone LOVED IT, they all learnt new techniques, they got to keep a complete set of BANANA FROG stamps along with other goodies supplied by SUGAR AND SPICE...AND they all lost about 4lb in weight due to the HEAT. Well done girls!!! and WELL DONE BEV. there were times I thought you looked like you were going to pass out, hence running up bottles of water to you and trying to keep your temperature down with Tea and Coffee, and like a true professional you kept going, YAY !!!

Considering their were 19 of you in that room AND it was one of the hottest days you were all FANTASTIC.

From everyone that I spoke to, you ALL said you would love to do it again (Maybe next time we'll choose a winter month) a true testament to a great day. In fact I think the best testament was that one special lady flew all the way down from Scotland for the event, THANK YOU.
BUT...the fun didn't end there, on Sunday Polly held her Journalling Class (this is being repeated on 5th July if anyone wants to book) there was about 6 of you in her class that were with us on the B F Day, and again the feedback was amazing, it means so much to us to know that we're getting it right, so much effort is put into ALL our classes. We pride ourselves on bringing you the most upto date, ORIGINAL projects all designed by ourselves IN-HOUSE.
In a few weeks I'll be nipping over to Florida to CHA to bring you back all the LATEST YUMMIES, so any requests, let me know, and I'll do my best.
In just a couple of days our NEW DESIGN TEAM start their postings, so I hope you'll pop on and have a read, get inspired and leave comments, it means so much to us when you leave a comment.
Enjoy the sunshine. xx

I loved the whole weekend. I even came home on Sunday and made another of Paula's journal mini books for a present. And Ladies, you gave my mojo the kick it needed. Love Jayne x

I feel very privileged to have been asked to design some cards using the fabulous Oakhouse Studio Products. Not only does she have some great stamps, ink pads and accessories but she also sells some amazing dyes that are so versatile, I love them !!! You have to check out her pipettes!!
Here's the first one of the three I designed.... You can check it out on her blog HERE, along with instructions...
I'll post the other two in the next couple of weeks ....
Enjoy xxxx

When it's a dress, of course !!!!
Here I've created a little bit of art using the fabulous JOFY stamps from PaperArtsy.
There's nothing not to like about these stamps, then again that goes for all of Jo's designs, simple yet effective and versatile.... See, they're not just for Christmas ... Makes you want to look at all your stamps and 'see' other ways of using them.

Happy December everyone Marion xxx

I'm very fortunate that I have some fabulous friends in this industry. And although we're all incredibly busy we get to meet up every so often.
From the possie of Leandra Franich, Julie Hickey, Paula Pacual, Emma Godfrey, Jo Firth Young and Lin Brown, only three of us were able to meet last week, namely Emma and Paula, although we missed the other guys, it didn't stop us eating, chatting and playing for the day.
It started with Paula sharing some of her lovely new Tonic products.... You absolutely need the pearlescent pastes .... They're gorgeous ....
Then off to the pub for a rather satisfying lunch, then back to mine where we put Emma on the spot...'show us some art journaling......... Pleeeeease'
And of course, Emma being Emma duly obliged, so out came my PaperArtsy paints and stamps along with my stencils and inks.... After being taught step by step, I can honestly say I'm hooked.... So much so that today after the gym myself and the lovely Polly came b…
