Well.... What do you think our Elf should be called, he's a wee bit cheeky and I have a feeling he's going to get up to lots of mischief...but, he NEEDS a name...

Here he is having a bath in our drawer of yummy buttons....if you look closely you can even see the bubbles !!!! At least he's clean :) :)
Myself and Nina managed to have a little play this what did we opt for ? Project Life of course!!! This time we made a couple of quick and I mean, QUICK cards, it's a no brainer for card making.

Then, while I had my mojo out I had a play with my favourite die at the mo....

I love the simplicity of this die, coupled with Heidi Swapp Color Shine, Sequins, Twine, Diamontes and a WOW stamp, it makes for a quick and easy card.

Fold your Kraft card stock in half, die cut 3 rows of hearts, splat some Color Shine, stamp the word Love, stick on some sequins and fill with a little Diamonte, tie 2 twine bows and adhere.
Just round one of the corners off front and back

Here's a little close up of the bows, I just popped a smaller one on top of the other and a little diamonte in the centre.
Now I can't wait to see what he with no name will get up to never know he may even get christened tomorrow.

3 and counting....

We’re at the 3rd trade show.... this year !!!!!!
To say I’m tired is an understatement, but there’s something about the shows plus adrenaline that just keeps you going.
There’s nothing better than teaching people new techniques and that’s what these shows are all about. That and having fun of course !!!
We’re all set up...this is the calm before the storm ;) we have so many new things to show this year, it makes it all the more exciting.
One of the best things about trade show shows is meeting up with buddies in the industry and even though I see Leandra and Mark (PaperArtsy) every week (we quiz together) it was great to go out with them last night.

Richard and Mark look like they’re praying, when in fact they were having a bald off 不不不不 Steve has more hair than both of them put together so as a gesture of kindness he hid his. 不不不不不  It’s now 6am, I’m ready to jump in the shower and get this day started... think of me standing from 8am to 6pm.... I hope you get to sit a lot m…

One for the Mums ...

In celebration of the fabulous Catherine Pooler Inks about to hit the store, I thought I'd pop a little card on here. Take a folded card base, I always make mine from card stock, then I know the piece on top is going to match perfectly. then cut a smaller piece and perforate the edges, you can use a perforating blade, if your trimmer has one, or there are many dies out there that do this in a snip ! Using the WOW! Embossing Powder Layered Hearts Stamps, I inked up and stamped using the Catherine Pooler Daydream, Aquatini and Skylight Inks.
Embellish with a Uni Ball Signo White Gel Pen, one of my favourites !!!
Finish off with the Mothers day sentiment from the WOW! Embossing Powder Everyday Sentiment Stamps, inked in Versafine Onyx Black, adhere with foam pads. Check out PAPERBOX for a great selection  of card stock. Thanks for looking
