Just wanted to share a few sneaky pics of what's coming up on QVC on Tuesday at 2 - 4 pm.
It's a two hour show all about Christmas, and this has been brilliant for me, as those that know me, know I'm the one in the shop on the 23rd December, frantically knocking up Christmas cards for the neighbours and family. I'm always soooo behind, well..... I'm not now LOL !!!

It seems gift cards are so popular now, probably because everyone has everything!!! So I'm going to show you how to make a great little gift card holder.

Everybody needs a Christmas tree at Christmas, and this Tuesday you can get some gorgeous stash to make one or two or three...

Here's a sneak of a quick and simple layout from the same stash.

Oh the joys of stamping !!!

All I'm going to say about this one is Mmmmmmm, YUMMY !!!

And last but not least, Christmas stash isn't just for Christmas .....

So I hope you can join me between 2 & 4 pm on Tuesday, then all your mojo will be flowing, whizz off to your craft rooms, create something amazing, then come back between 6 & 8pm and join Amy for her show, I can tell you we only have one product the same between us, so she'll have lots of different goodies for you.

See you Tuesday

  1. looks as though it will be a good couple of shows and I will watch the videos as I will be at work.

  2. The tree looks great I made them last year using ribbons following an idea by Kirsty. Making them with paper will be much cheaper!

  3. Sky plus'd for leisurely viewing after work :)

  4. Hi Marion, so pleased to see you back on QVC screens yesterday, your products are lovely, and so much inspiration from your cards - looking forward to seeing more of you on QVC - only thing is - your products sell so fast and as I'm working they are all sold when I come home, boo hoo. Please bring some more! Anne

  5. Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed watching you on QVC this week. I just wish they had given you a bit more time to do demos - have only started card making this year and felt I had learned a lot from you. Good luck and thanks. x

3 and counting....

We’re at the 3rd trade show.... this year !!!!!!
To say I’m tired is an understatement, but there’s something about the shows plus adrenaline that just keeps you going.
There’s nothing better than teaching people new techniques and that’s what these shows are all about. That and having fun of course !!!
We’re all set up...this is the calm before the storm ;) we have so many new things to show this year, it makes it all the more exciting.
One of the best things about trade show shows is meeting up with buddies in the industry and even though I see Leandra and Mark (PaperArtsy) every week (we quiz together) it was great to go out with them last night.

Richard and Mark look like they’re praying, when in fact they were having a bald off 不不不不 Steve has more hair than both of them put together so as a gesture of kindness he hid his. 不不不不不  It’s now 6am, I’m ready to jump in the shower and get this day started... think of me standing from 8am to 6pm.... I hope you get to sit a lot m…

One for the Mums ...

In celebration of the fabulous Catherine Pooler Inks about to hit the store, I thought I'd pop a little card on here. Take a folded card base, I always make mine from card stock, then I know the piece on top is going to match perfectly. then cut a smaller piece and perforate the edges, you can use a perforating blade, if your trimmer has one, or there are many dies out there that do this in a snip ! Using the WOW! Embossing Powder Layered Hearts Stamps, I inked up and stamped using the Catherine Pooler Daydream, Aquatini and Skylight Inks.
Embellish with a Uni Ball Signo White Gel Pen, one of my favourites !!!
Finish off with the Mothers day sentiment from the WOW! Embossing Powder Everyday Sentiment Stamps, inked in Versafine Onyx Black, adhere with foam pads. Check out PAPERBOX for a great selection  of card stock. Thanks for looking
