I got told off by one of my lovely customers the other day for not shouting out that I'm back on QVC... So here goes....

How's that Sam??? LOL

I'm not going to say I've worked like crazy this past week, but that, WE'VE worked like crazy, so with thanks to Nina, Barb, Anne and Julia ... You've done me proud girls.

I've got some great products.....lots of stamps, including ones from Paula Pascual and Little Musings, both of these are and were wonderful to work with. A lot of the samples have previously been made by Dawn's team, but we've managed to get some of our own style in there, which is a good thing .... So many possibilities !!!

So here's a little sneak of what you'll be able to see...

There's going to be cupcakes, and robots and flowers and ribbons....oh the ribbons.... Along with Promarkers and Brilliance inks....
Anyhoo's hopefully you'll be able to join me, if not, pop it on record and sit back, relax and catch a few tips and techniques.

Take care
Marion xx

  1. I am so looking forward to your show even if I have to record it (nan likes her Deal or No deal) but I shall be watching later and making notes of any tips and techniques! And making lists no doubt!

GOOD LUCK but I don't think you need it if the last show is any indication

3 and counting....

We’re at the 3rd trade show.... this year !!!!!!
To say I’m tired is an understatement, but there’s something about the shows plus adrenaline that just keeps you going.
There’s nothing better than teaching people new techniques and that’s what these shows are all about. That and having fun of course !!!
We’re all set up...this is the calm before the storm ;) we have so many new things to show this year, it makes it all the more exciting.
One of the best things about trade show shows is meeting up with buddies in the industry and even though I see Leandra and Mark (PaperArtsy) every week (we quiz together) it was great to go out with them last night.

Richard and Mark look like they’re praying, when in fact they were having a bald off 不不不不 Steve has more hair than both of them put together so as a gesture of kindness he hid his. 不不不不不  It’s now 6am, I’m ready to jump in the shower and get this day started... think of me standing from 8am to 6pm.... I hope you get to sit a lot m…

One for the Mums ...

In celebration of the fabulous Catherine Pooler Inks about to hit the store, I thought I'd pop a little card on here. Take a folded card base, I always make mine from card stock, then I know the piece on top is going to match perfectly. then cut a smaller piece and perforate the edges, you can use a perforating blade, if your trimmer has one, or there are many dies out there that do this in a snip ! Using the WOW! Embossing Powder Layered Hearts Stamps, I inked up and stamped using the Catherine Pooler Daydream, Aquatini and Skylight Inks.
Embellish with a Uni Ball Signo White Gel Pen, one of my favourites !!!
Finish off with the Mothers day sentiment from the WOW! Embossing Powder Everyday Sentiment Stamps, inked in Versafine Onyx Black, adhere with foam pads. Check out PAPERBOX for a great selection  of card stock. Thanks for looking
