Well today's the last day :( before I tell you about the yummies en route
I'll give you a little low down on the Californian cuisine.... Oh where to start...
Well first of all there's the cheesecake factory, now we HAD to make to two trips to this
one, it truly is the BEST, we NEED one in the UK. I had the most juiciest steak
at the Outback last night, had Italian at Buca Di Beppo (the most eclectic restaurant I've
ever been in. I think half of CHA were there that night including Mr Holtz and Ms Helmuth
etc. Also visited Fire & Ice, on recommendation. That was fantastic such a great concept
oh yeah and the food was great too. Needless to say the 6lb I lost before I went away has probably
gone back on again and again and again!!!
OK enough of my munching.
Here's what's going to be winging it's way to SUGAR AND SPICE

HEIDI GRACE ... yay she's back!!
BELLA BLVD... can't get enough of this
STUDIO CALICO... this one's for POLLY :)
ZVA... mmmm bling bling bling!!!
TERESA COLLINS... so yummy!!!
3 BUGS IN A RUG... so cute... Look out for the fairies
and last but not least lots of cute butterflys, ribbon slides
and BLING!!!
I am now officially skint.... But oh so happy !!!
I'll be back in the shop on Saturday trying to work out
where to put it all
hugs xxx

3 and counting....

We’re at the 3rd trade show.... this year !!!!!!
To say I’m tired is an understatement, but there’s something about the shows plus adrenaline that just keeps you going.
There’s nothing better than teaching people new techniques and that’s what these shows are all about. That and having fun of course !!!
We’re all set up...this is the calm before the storm ;) we have so many new things to show this year, it makes it all the more exciting.
One of the best things about trade show shows is meeting up with buddies in the industry and even though I see Leandra and Mark (PaperArtsy) every week (we quiz together) it was great to go out with them last night.

Richard and Mark look like they’re praying, when in fact they were having a bald off 不不不不 Steve has more hair than both of them put together so as a gesture of kindness he hid his. 不不不不不  It’s now 6am, I’m ready to jump in the shower and get this day started... think of me standing from 8am to 6pm.... I hope you get to sit a lot m…

One for the Mums ...

In celebration of the fabulous Catherine Pooler Inks about to hit the store, I thought I'd pop a little card on here. Take a folded card base, I always make mine from card stock, then I know the piece on top is going to match perfectly. then cut a smaller piece and perforate the edges, you can use a perforating blade, if your trimmer has one, or there are many dies out there that do this in a snip ! Using the WOW! Embossing Powder Layered Hearts Stamps, I inked up and stamped using the Catherine Pooler Daydream, Aquatini and Skylight Inks.
Embellish with a Uni Ball Signo White Gel Pen, one of my favourites !!!
Finish off with the Mothers day sentiment from the WOW! Embossing Powder Everyday Sentiment Stamps, inked in Versafine Onyx Black, adhere with foam pads. Check out PAPERBOX for a great selection  of card stock. Thanks for looking
