A new little place to hang out!

For those of you who have been buying our kits (thank you) we have finally managed to gather together the kit blog! Find us here ~

And for those who haven't brought our September kit yet, full of new pink paisley goodies... what are you waiting for?! For this month only we are allowing all of our customers the chance to see our blog but as from October it will be purely a blog for our kit buyers, so make sure when you buy you leave your e.mail addy so we can send you an invite!

Other news is that we are all working so hard getting things ready for AllyPally, which is only a few weekends away *yikes*... We have the best little packaged products coming with us... booty buttons, awesome acrylics and chunky chips :oP. Along with our usual fabby kits (we have a great Crimbo canvas one ~ just wait til you see it!) and our mini albums in all shapes and sizes. I will be in the shop that weekend, teaching my Spin LO and the felt mini, which we still have a few spaces on so if you are thinking Ally will be all too much on your poor feet and bank balance, why not treat yourself and book a class? :)

3 and counting....

We’re at the 3rd trade show.... this year !!!!!!
To say I’m tired is an understatement, but there’s something about the shows plus adrenaline that just keeps you going.
There’s nothing better than teaching people new techniques and that’s what these shows are all about. That and having fun of course !!!
We’re all set up...this is the calm before the storm ;) we have so many new things to show this year, it makes it all the more exciting.
One of the best things about trade show shows is meeting up with buddies in the industry and even though I see Leandra and Mark (PaperArtsy) every week (we quiz together) it was great to go out with them last night.

Richard and Mark look like they’re praying, when in fact they were having a bald off 不不不不 Steve has more hair than both of them put together so as a gesture of kindness he hid his. 不不不不不  It’s now 6am, I’m ready to jump in the shower and get this day started... think of me standing from 8am to 6pm.... I hope you get to sit a lot m…

One for the Mums ...

In celebration of the fabulous Catherine Pooler Inks about to hit the store, I thought I'd pop a little card on here. Take a folded card base, I always make mine from card stock, then I know the piece on top is going to match perfectly. then cut a smaller piece and perforate the edges, you can use a perforating blade, if your trimmer has one, or there are many dies out there that do this in a snip ! Using the WOW! Embossing Powder Layered Hearts Stamps, I inked up and stamped using the Catherine Pooler Daydream, Aquatini and Skylight Inks.
Embellish with a Uni Ball Signo White Gel Pen, one of my favourites !!!
Finish off with the Mothers day sentiment from the WOW! Embossing Powder Everyday Sentiment Stamps, inked in Versafine Onyx Black, adhere with foam pads. Check out PAPERBOX for a great selection  of card stock. Thanks for looking
