When you've got good supplies it's easy to make quick, simple and effective cards, and these are no exception… Here I've used the Catherine Pooler Zen Feather Stamp and Die set You can find the Stamp set here… and the Die set here... On the feather cards I used WOW! Embossing Powder, Bird of paradise and Pink Robin, also First Frost and Kiwi Krush, they emboss beautifully… If you fancy a quick tutorial on this card check out the link below to see the Face Book live I did. Facebook Live Tutorial and lastly when you need one of those 'really quick' cards, three simple flowers stamped and die cut. I used the Catherine pooler inks with the above stamps and dies, alongside a little sentiment from Altenew that I'll be featuring on the WOW! Blog on 4th April. Be sure to check it out !! We’re at the 3rd trade show.... this year !!!!!! To say I’m tired is an understatement, but there’s something about the shows plus adrenaline that just keeps you going. There’s nothing better than teaching people new techniques and that’s what these shows are all about. That and having fun of course !!! We’re all set up...this is the calm before the storm ;) we have so many new things to show this year, it makes it all the more exciting. One of the best things about trade show shows is meeting up with buddies in the industry and even though I see Leandra and Mark (PaperArtsy) every week (we quiz together) it was great to go out with them last night. Richard and Mark look like they’re praying, when in fact they were having a bald off 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Steve has more hair than both of them put together so as a gesture of kindness he hid his. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣  It’s now 6am, I’m ready to jump in the shower and get this day started... think of me standing from 8am to 6pm.... I hope yo...

In celebration of the fabulous Catherine Pooler Inks about to hit the store, I thought I'd pop a little card on here. Take a folded card base, I always make mine from card stock, then I know the piece on top is going to match perfectly. then cut a smaller piece and perforate the edges, you can use a perforating blade, if your trimmer has one, or there are many dies out there that do this in a snip ! Using the WOW! Embossing Powder Layered Hearts Stamps , I inked up and stamped using the Catherine Pooler Daydream, Aquatini and Skylight Inks. Embellish with a  Uni Ball Signo White Gel Pen , one of my favourites !!! Finish off with the Mothers day sentiment from the WOW! Embossing Powder Everyday Sentiment Stamps, inked in Versafine Onyx Black , adhere with foam pads. Check out PAPERBOX for a great selection  of card stock. Thanks for looking Hugs Marion xx

Apologising that is… I feel like I'm always apologising for forgetting this blog. I promise I've not been lazing on a sunny beach, I have been working like crazy. Doing lots for WOW! Embossing Powder now… including, dare I say it, their BLOG   !! Every month I run a challenge, you should have a look and this month there's a 'post a comment to win' thing going on !!! Here's a few of the projects I've been working on for them lately. and a few for me :) :)  See… I have been busy, and there's lots more where they came from but they're under wraps at the mo !!!
