IT STARTED WITH A .......

Starbucks, of course.


Day two was a surprise trip to Universal Studios Hollywood.....it's been 24 years since we were last here....it's changed a wee bit :) :) we had a perfectly sunny day 90 degrees, a little hot, but gorgeous just the same.
Just look at that blue sky :) :)


Universal is a fun place, there was an 'England' area with a red london bus AND a mini....


Now it looks like a real one and I can confirm it is a REAL one...see it looks perfectly normal with me....then Rick stood next to it......


LOL.... it looks like a toy car, I don't think we'll be getting a mini anytime soon, not without a sunroof anyway LOL !!
Ok, now for a bit of fun, I couldn't resist this....Where's Wally.....

So, a fun day was had but we couldn't leave without having the obligatory Funnel Cake, seriously, you NEED to try one of these....


It's loaded with strawberries, cream AND ice cream, I don't think it's many calories !!!!
The day was finished off with the icing on the cake, no, I didn't eat another cake !!! But we did get to meet our lovely friend Donna (I love this girl) she drove an hour to meet us and have dinner with us, we had lots of laughter, she's such a sweetie... Oh yeah, and she loves ice cream !!!





Today was my mums turn for a pressie, but it's a surprise, so you'll have to wait :)
We're leaving Calabasas today and going ????? I don't know... Hee hee, I love it !!! But not before we check out this little town and get some picci's and breakfast.
